The Global Overseas AJK Development & Welfare Association was founded by a dedicated group of individuals based overseas, all of whom were either born in Azad Jammu & Kashmir or maintain strong personal and familial ties to the region. United by a shared vision, our mission is to contribute to the sustainable development and welfare of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and its people.

Our primary objective is to advocate for and support the construction of an international airport in the Mirpur division, an essential step toward unlocking economic opportunities, improving connectivity, and elevating the region’s global accessibility.

We are equally committed to enhancing healthcare services across AJK, ensuring that all residents have access to quality medical care. In addition, we aim to transform the transport infrastructure by promoting the development of a safe, reliable, and affordable rail network that links all areas of AJK, facilitating ease of movement and strengthening regional cohesion.
